Group ID instructions
"The more resourceful we are among ourselves, the more valuable a resource we become to our families, our communities and our world." Cheryl Honey
Group ID's allow you to connect with other group members and enables you to restrict searches to a specific group of people you know and trust. If you don't have a Group ID, you can create one to link up with friends and associates, or establish an ID for your school, church, neighborhood, organization or company. Just make up an ID using any combination of letters and numbers. We recommend using an acronym or name that is easy for your group members to remember. This ID will be unique to your group. If you discover the ID you wanted is already being used, you will need to create another one.  We hope you find this feature useful in connecting to your group members.

Having a group ID is advantageous because you can interact with group members, search for others in your group and access resources of group members. Being affiliated with a group does not create an exclusive private community. When others are searching for resources, your name may be come up in a search made by other Good Neighbors, Family Advocates and Community Weavers who are attempting to help themselves or others. You will be contacted initially through an email by someone within the network who is looking for a service or resource you listed in the FSN Resource Treasury. You will never be contacted by anyone outside of the FSN community of people who have agreed to follow the guidelines outlined in the Terms of Agreement.  If you feel someone is misusing this feature, please contact us immediately.
